How to use Sweet Tea Hair Growth Juice as a hot oil treatment.
If you’ve never done a hot oil treatment before or never even heard of it, the good news is that you’re about to learn something new today. The hot oil treatment is for ALL hair types and it can do awesome things for your tresses, regardless of its texture or condition. The key is to be consistent in your usage and also the care of your hair.
Hot oil treatments are useful for helping to stimulate blood flow, which in turn helps with hair growth. It can also be a great way to help deal with common hair care and styling issues such as dandruff, dry scalp, frizziness, moisture and so much more. Sweet Tea Hair Growth Juice is the perfect choice for applying hot oil treatments. It is a natural and lightweight oil that helps reduce breakage, excessive shedding, and moisturize dry brittle hair. So without further ado, let’s get right to it.
Sweet Tea Hair Growth Juice
Heat the Oil
Take a small glass container and pour as much oil inside as you choose to use for this session. Next set it in a small bowl that’s filled with VERY hot water. You’ll want the water level to be just as high as the level of oil in your glass container. It will take only a few minutes for the oil to warm up almost to the water’s temperature.
Start Applying Oil Beginning at the Scalp
Your scalp flourishes with stimulation. When you start applying your hot oil hair treatment, do it at the roots of your hair and begin to rub in a circular motion. This scalp massage helps dislodge hair that would fall out anyway and will encourage new hair to grow faster. Massaging promotes hair growth and it helps the oil soak into your skin, making it healthier and softer.
Once you’ve massaged your scalp with the oil for 3 minutes you can move on to applying it down the rest of your hair.
The shaft of your hair doesn’t need a ton of oil. Your hair does not need to drip with oil. You’re going for a nice thin coat right now.
Cover Your Hair With a Shower Cap with a Hot Towel on top
All you do now is tuck your hair up into that shower cap and then heat a towel with very hot water. Just run your towel under very hot water and then wring it out until it’s no longer dripping. Wrap it around your head and sit back to relax. Once your towel starts to get cold, just take it off your head and let the natural heat from your scalp under the shower cap do the rest of the work.
Leave in for 30 Minutes to 2 Hours
Take this time to reflect on things you wouldn’t otherwise have time for. Read a book. Write a letter. Heck, do a painting if that’s what you feel like doing. Just use this time to do something relaxing that allows you to be stress free and focus on the one person who deserves such a break, YOURSELF.
Let’s get to washing…
You may need to shampoo twice, but you’ll be able to tell by the texture and feel of your hair when you’ve gotten all the oil out. There is a strong (almost definite) possibility that you will not need to use conditioner after shampooing – but you’ll be able to tell based on the feel of your hair.
After rinsing out the shampoo, turn the water temperature to warm. So it’s about the temperature of your body, maybe a little colder. The remaining oil will rinse out MUCH easier if you rinse using warm water.
Let your hair air dry as long as possible. If you must use a dryer, it’s recommended that you wait until your hair is at least a quarter of the way dry before using a blow dryer. This will ensure you reduce any heat damage that may occur.
Now you may enjoy your beautiful well moisturized tresses!
